In reference of CCA application following facts is submitted as per documents & inspection-

01. Last CCA was issued to the unit up to 31.03.2021 under Orange -Category.

02. Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Products by Formulation only.

03. Unit  is connected to CETP ,IIE Haridwar for treatment & disposal of its domestic & trade effluent.

04.As per records, Total amount of Rs.1,80,000/- has submitted by the unit against CCA renewal Fe for next 03 Years, under-Orange    - Category & Scale-Large.

05. As per above facts CCA application forwarded with recommendation that CCA may be renewed up to 31.03.2024, compliances of  CCA order & with following specific Conditions –

01. Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view & only for products & process as per earlier CTE/CCA conditions.

02. Unit shall Collect/Stored & disposed Hazardous Waste as per prescribed rules.

03. Unit shall developed green belt within unit premises.
