In Reference of CCA- Fresh Application of the unit, Inspection has been done. As per visit Observation & Document submitted, following facts are submitted:-01.Unit is engaged in Hospitality Business as lodging as rooms-10 Numbers and 01 Dining, situated at Vill-Satkhol,P.o-Peora,Ramgarh,Nainital District- Nainital.02.Domestic Waste water is disposed through Septic tank/Soak pit tank as per doc.. Unit has applied for the CCA- Renewal 03. Total amount of Rs5000/- has been submitted by the unit against CCA- Fees up to 31.03.2022.04 .As per investment proof submitted unit is fall under Project Cost of Rs 83.85 Lacs, Category – Green, Scale- Small. As per above facts it is recommended that Conditional CCA-Renewal only up to 31.03.2022 may be granted to the unit with the following conditions-(a) Unit shall strictly comply with Effluent Standard stipulated for the Hotel Industry under the Environment (Protection) rules, 1986 as amended.(b) Consent & Authorization is only on Environmental point of view with specific & general condition stipulated. Unit shall take all the license & Clearances from concerned Administration /Local Administration as applicable. (c)In case of any public complaint verifies and any violation in the CCA violation in the CCA conditions, CCA shall be revoked.(d)Unit shall ensure appropriate treatment/disposal of waste water generated from Bathroom/Kitchen Containing Soap/Detergent & other chemical.(e)Solid waste generated in the unit, shall be disposed through environmentally sound manner.
