In context of CCA renewal application of the Unit, following facts are submitted:
01 Unit is engaged in operation of Stone Crushing & Screening plant..Last CCA was issued up to 31.03.2021.Renewal application was rejected due to non compliance found at the time of inspection.
02. Last CCA was issued up to 31.03.2021.Renewal application was rejected due to non compliance found at the time of inspection.
03.Now Unit has Re-applied with BanK Garuntee of Rs.1,00,000/- & applicable CCA Fee.
04. Unit has rectified the descrepencies found in earliear inspection & provided prescribed pollution control system as Wind Breaking Wall, Covered Shed on Crushing & Screening Points, RCC Road within Unit premises Water Sprinklers at Dust Generation points & Green Belt along the Boundary Wall.
04.As per record, total amount of Rs.78,000/ - is already balance from CCA Fee submitted with previous application.Unit is under Scale-Small & Category-Orange.
05.As per above facts CCA may be renewed up 31.03.2023, subjected to strict compliance of conditions stipulated under CCA order.
