M/s Hotel Kedar Ganga is located at Near Raja Biscuit Chowk, Sidcul, Haridwar
• Hotel has been applied for CCA fresh
• Unit has presently 20/- Rooms.
• Water are used for domestic purpose only. Domestic effluent is generating, which is disposed through septic tank.
• Unit has not any DG set.
• As per HO order UEPPCB/HO/21th Bo.Mo./Gen-06/2019/575-381 and Date 24/05/2019 hotel fee structure room 01/- up to 20/- room for initial fee Rs.2000/- and renewal fee. Rs.1000/-
• Unit project cost value Rs.98/- lacs. Industry net investment is between 50 lacks to 01 Cr. slab.
• Industry had been paid fees Rs.12,000/- (CTE/CCA fresh Rs.4000/- year 2020-21 + CCA fresh Rs.3000/- year 2021-24) under green categories. Balance fee Rs.5000/- will be adjust in next application.
So as above circumstances CCA renewal is to be recommended for May be grant up to 31/03/2024 with condition.
• Unit will not be change their capacity and product without prior consent of board.
• Unit will establish and maintain safety facilities in the industry premises.
• Unit will be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA-1986). |
