The Hotel Proponent has proposed Hotel Room–30, Resturent-1, Banquete Hall-01. using as a raw material of Brick,Steel, Stone & Grit etc.  using water will be use in domestic purpose, domestic waste water will be treated through STP, Proposed 250 KAV DG Set with proper acoustic enclosure. NAV shown Rs. 2.50 Crore. as per Hotel Fee slab Hotel proponent has deposited Fee of Rs 750/- as CTE fee. Hence recommended for conditional grant of CTE–Fresh with conditions 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in E.C 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)-1986.
