Description: |
M/s Regi India established D-11, Sara Industrial area,selaqui, Dehradun. EC obtained from SEIAA. Last CCA valid till 31.03.2021. Industry is manufacturing Blush, Eye Liner, Eye Pencil, Eye Shadow, Foundation, Lip Pencil, Lip Gloss, Lipsticks, Mascara and Press Powder through blending, Assembling, molding and packaging process. Industrial effluent is treated through ETP during inspection no effluent was generated due to dry process, Domestic waste water is disposed through soak pit. 100 KVA DG with acoustic enclouser. Haz waste safely stored in a room, unit has uploaded Form-13. Industry is normally complying conditions of previous consent. Net assets shown between 5 to 50 Cr. which unit has deposited CCa fee of Rs 60000/- under orange catergory unit. Hence unit may be recommended for CCA up to 31.03.2022 with following condition: 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)-1986. 2. Any effluent/emission generating process will not be applied without Board permission. 3.The industry shall ensure manifest system in Form-13 of HW Rules while disposing Hazardous waste. |
