In reference of CCA application, field inspection was done on 06/08/2021. As per visit observation & document submitted, following facts are submitted-01. Last CCA was issued to the unit up to 31.03.2021. 02.Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Different Size of Stone Grits – 24000 Ton/ Month & Natural Stone Screening 12000 Ton/Month through Crushing & Screening operations.03. Unit & Its APCS were in operation at the time of inspection.04. Ambient air Monitoring was carried out at the time of inspection. SPM is 549.2 µg/m3 within prescribed norms.05. Domestic Waste Water is disposed through Soak Pit/Septic Tank & other than domestic application Water is used for Sand washing/Water sprinkling, which is recycled for reuse in Process &Green Belt.06. As per records, Total amount of Rs.60,000/- has been submitted by the unit against CCA Renewal Fee for the current Year 2021-22.7.As per Investment poof submitted unit is fall under Investment Slab of Rs. 05 Crore to Rs. 50 Crore. Category- Orange. Scale-Large. 08 Moreover, show cause notice was issued to the unit vide letter ref. No. UKPCB/HO/Gen-183-442/68 dated 18.03.21 which was revoked after vide letter ref. No. UKPCB/HO/Con/P-5/2021/66 dated 05/07/2021 in the matter of Trilok Chand V/s State of uttarakhand & Ors. 09. As per Government Order No.2667/VII-I/2018/68-writ/08 TC Dehradun dated 20/11/2018 regarding Uttrakhand Stone Crusher License Policy 2016 ,Stone Crushing Units situated at Haldwani & Lalkuan, affected by Honorable High Court order, provide 05 years time period for upgrading/improving the Plants as per new guidelines/standards stipulated under the aforesaid Policy. Pleases refer the aforesaid, Uttrakhand Govt. Order dated 20/11/2018 regarding, Stone Crusher License Policy 2016 As per above facts CCA application forwarded with recommendation that CCA may be renewd up to 18.11.2021 or as decide ,subjected to Lab Report ,State Govt. License & with following specific Conditions 01. Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view & subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of Honorable Judiciary & Union/State Govt.02. Unit has to obtain Consent/License from all other Concerned Authorities.03. Unit shall obtained CGWA approval for Ground Water Extraction if applicable.04. Unit shall submit Ambient Air Monitoring reports to this office at regular intervals.05. Unit shall provide all the prescribed APCS under State Govt. Policy.
