In reference of CCA Expand (Year 2022-23) industry (Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd.) has been reinspected on dated 06.07.2021. During the inspection unit was found in operation. Unit is situated at Plot No.- 29, Industrial Park-4, Begampur, Dist.- Haridwar (Uttarakhand). Manufacture of Auto Components Parts (450.0 MT/Month) by Machining, Shot Balsting and Packing process in industry. Industry has got the CCA till 31-03-2023 by UKPCB for the same product and same process (old name of the industry is Bill Forge P. Ltd.). Water is used for domestic purpose. At the time of inspection STP was working codition. Treated effluent of STP use inside the industry premises (Gardening etc.). Treated water sample of ETP analyzed by Approved Lab, report as per norms. As per Net Asset unit submitted CTE, CCA Expand & CCA renewal fee Rs.- 200000/= (5.0 -50.0 Cr., 16.78 cr) (Year 2021-22 & 2022-23) in orange category. As per above site observation unit may be grant for CCA renewal (Year 2021-22 & 2022-23) with following specific conditions: - 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)-1986.
