Inspection of M/S DEVLON PETROSILKS PVT LTD , PLOT 28-B, NANDNAGAR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE,MAHUWAKHERAGANJ,kashipur,U.S.Nagar was done on dated 16/06/2021. unit is manufacturing reclaim rubber-250MT/months. In the unit waste vulcanized rubber, is used as raw material for the production.Water is used for domestic and cooling purposes.Domestic effluent is disposed through septic tank with soak pit. industrial effluent is recycle through cooling tower. There is establish 30Kva capacity D.G.Set, with ecaustic incloser & 5 Mtr stack, is attached as A.P.C.S. unit have one 12lakh K-Cal/hr. capacity wood fired Thermic Fluid Heater,dust collector & 30 mtr stack is attached as A.P.C.S. stack analyses report is uploaded by the unit & report is prescribed norms.The net assets value of the unit is Rs 01to05Crore.unit have valid consent till 31.03.2021.The unit has deposited Rs.78,000 for CCA –renewal fee under orange category /small scale. fee is complete up to 31/03/2024.In 28/09/2019 unit submit a latter for change of name M/S DEVLON PETROSILKS PVT LTD to M/S DEVLON RUBBER (INDIA)PVT LTD.Unit is complying according to previous consent conditions.Hence the above facts it is recommended for conditional grant of CCA up to 31-03- 2024. |
