Gadi (Birahi), Vishnugad Pipalkoti Hydroelectric Project, THDC lndia Ltd,Application Mining mine lease area is located at village-Gadi(Birahi).Teh- &Dist chamoli mine lease Area-4.298Ha-. Letter of intent(LoIs) no-479/Vii-1a-A/20211136KHA/15 Date-30.3.2021 proposed estimated quantity -79890TPA . Unit has obtained EC. no.217-01(62)/2019 Dated- 13.4.21 .Total project cost of the unit is 41kh. Of Rs-15,000/ has been submitted under RED category Scale SMALL. Hence application-CTE of the unit may be GRANTED , As per above facts CTE application forwarded with recommendation that CTE may be issued for the Maximum Permissible Volume as per EC is 79890.00 MT/Annum ,subjected to the State Govt. permission/ Lease Deed & with following specific Conditions –
01.Consent for Establishment is only issued as Environment Point of view & subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of Honorable Judiciary, Honorable NGT & Union/State Govt.
02. Unit has to obtain consent/License /approval from all other Concerned Authorities as applicable.
04. Unit shall maintain/establish adequate facility/systems for Air Pollution Control & all the provisions as prescribed under Environment Clarence letters , E(P) Act 1986 & by the State Govt. Policy prior to initiate production
