In reference of CTE application of Migratory Bird Community Reserve Part-2, location has been visited.  As per 
visit Observation & Document submitted, following Facts are submitted. It is proposed to construct a Migratory 
Bird Community Reserve Part-2 in the order of Pramukh Sachiv Van Evan Paryaavaran Van Anubhaag - 2 Lt. No. 
1561/x-2-2020-19(13)2020  dated 07.08.2020, Under which shallow water area and deep water area are to be 
constructed. For which IIT Roorkee has prepared a plan according to Bhaarateey Vany Jeev Sansthaan Dehradun 
technical report.  Forest Department is the working organization for the above work. The work of constructing of 
Migratory Bird Community Reserve Part-2 at Vill. SEMALCHAUR POST BAILPARAO, KALADHUNGI Dist- Nainital, 
Khata No.78, Khasara No.231/5, Khata No.85, Khasara No.231/4/2, No.29, Khasara No.229/3/1,230/3, 231/3/1 
Total Area 4.82Ha.  The proposed site is to be done under the supervision of IIT Roorkee by the official tenderer 
Shri Maninder Singh authorized by the Forest Department. Under the said development of site proposal of 
mining of 4.82hectares (3235705MT) of stone, boulder, sand, gravel. Under Environment Clearance received
 by the unit under EIA Notification 2006 by E.C.No-237-01(169)/2021 Dt. 15.07.2021. As per Letter of intent
 No. 1305/30-G.C./2021 Dt. 09.04.2021. & revised letter of intent No.1502/30-G.C./2021-22 Dt. 30.07.2021 the
 limit of the said withdrawal has been made a maximum of 6 months. Unit also submits EC, Approved Mining 
plan, Land Document, Forest Approval. NOC of Mukhya Vanya Jeev Pratipalak, Project Report. No Industrial 
waste water generation is proposed. Domestic Waste water during working season will be disposed through 
Septic tank/Soak Pit. Total amount of Rs.15000/- has been submitted by the unit for CTE, Under Category-Red, 
Scale-Small, Project Cost - 35.56 Lakhs. As per above facts application forwarded with recommended that CTE 
may be granted for development of Migratory Bird Community Reserve Part-2 with following specific Conditions. 

01. CTE/CCA is only issued as Environment Point of view under the latest applicable Mining Policy & approved Mining Plan, Environment Clearance & subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of Honorable Judiciary & Union/State Govt. In case of any public complaint verifies and any violation in the CTE/CCA conditions, CTE/CCA shall be revoked.

02. Unit shall have to construct /established all the prescribed Environmental Management System recommended in the applicable Mining Policy of the State Government & Environmental Clearance Letter.

03. Unit shall not start Production without getting Consent to Operate & all necessary Permissions/Consents from the other concerned Authority.

 04. Unit shall ensure adequate protection of Residential Houses, Educational Institute, any other public /Govt. property & Local Drain near Mine Area.

05. Unit shall ensure environmentally sound facility for disposal of Sewage generation during working season & ensure adequate arrangements for dust suppression in Mine Area/Transfer Points/Transportation Area.

06. Unit shall developed Green Belt nearby Van Panchyat Area as stipulated under EC & other available Area such as Material Transportation Road, Nearby Village, Education & Healthcare Center & Other areas as available. Plz find IR.
