In reference to CCA- Renewal application of M/S Jai Shri Ram Stone Crusher location of the unit has been visited. As per visit Observation & Document submitted, following Facts are submitted-

01.  Last CCA was issued to the unit up to 15.12.2021.

02.   Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Different Size of Stone Grits & Sand – 24000/Month (as previous) through Screening & Crushing operations.

03.  Unit was operating at the time of inspection.

04. Ambient air quality monitoring carried out by board on dated 22.11.2021 lab Parameters are as follows- SPM – 534.4µg/m³. Report is founded within norms.

05. Third party ambient air Quality Monitoring carried out by unit on dated 27.02.2021. Lab Parameters are as follows- SPM –415.3µg/m³. Report is founded within norms.

06. Units get anugyay renewal under Govt. order under Uttarakhand Stone Crusher, Screening Plant, Pulverizer, Mobile Stone Crusher Permit Policy – 2020 for 10Yr from Dated 19.11.2021 by letter no. 2256/Sto. Cre. Navi. /Khanan/ Bhu. Kha. Ekai./Naini./2021-22 Dt. 29, Sept, 2021.

07. As per records, Total amount of Rs.300000/- through online mode has been submitted by the unit, against CCA Fee for next 05 Years up to 31.03.2026.

08. As per Investment proof submitted unit is fall under Investment Slab of Rs. 05Crore to Rs.50Crore. Category- Orange, Scale-Small.

09. No DG Set installation found in unit at the time of inspection.

10. Unit also uploaded an Audited balance sheet, Form-4 for No Hazardous Waste Generation, Renewal of Anugya, and Compliance of previous CCA.

11. Soak Pit & Septic Tank for disposal of Domestic waste water. Wind breaking wall approx. height15 fit & CC road established found. Plantation for green belt, Jaw Crusher & Conveyor belt is covered (with tin) and attached sprinklers, All APCS in operation at time of inspection.

 As per above facts CCA application forwarded with recommendation that CCA-Renewal may be Gerent up to 31.03.2026 with following specific Conditions

 01.  Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view & subjected to Any Decision /Direction / Policy of Honorable Judiciary & Union/State Govt.

02.   Unit has to obtain Consent /License from all other Concerned Authorities.

03.  Unit shall have obtained CGWA approval for Ground Water Extraction if applicable.

04.  Unit shall submit Ambient Air Monitoring reports to this office at regular intervals.

05.  Unit shall provide all the prescribed APCS under State Govt. Policy.

06.  Unit should install a Ducting system as per Stone crusher anugyay Policy 2020 within 03 Month.
