In reference of CCA application, field inspection was done on 26/08/2021. As per visit observation & document submitted, following facts are submitted-01.Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Different Size of Stone Grits & Sand 9600 MT/month through Screening & Crushing operations.02. Unit & Its APCS were in operation at the time of inspection.03. Domestic Waste Water is disposed through Soak Pit/Septic Tank & other than domestic application Water is used for Sand washing/Water sprinkling, which is recycled for reuse in Process &Green Belt. 04. Ambient air Monitoring was carried out at the time of inspection.SPM is 591.4 microgram/cubic meter within prescribed norms.05. Moreover  unit is complying norms of E(P) rules  & not listed noncompliance  list provided by H O vide letter no UKPCB/HO/Gen-183-442/7092 -1611 dated 25.03.2021 in the matter of Trilok Chand V/s State Of Uttrakhand & Ors. 06.Unit has obtained CCA year 2020-21 and CCA renewal fee (Year 2021-22) has not submitted  as per H O vide letter UEPPCB/HO/GEN-06-24th B M/2020/1136-228 dated 25.06.2020. 07.As per Investment poof submitted unit is fall under Investment Slab of Rs. 01 Crore to Rs.05 Crore. Category- Orange. Scale Small. 08.As per Government Order No.2667/VII-I/2018/68-writ/08 TC Dehradun dated 20/11/2018 regarding Uttrakhand Stone Crusher Liscence Policy 2016 ,Stone Crushing Units situated at Haldwani & Lalkuan, affected by Honorable High Court order, provide 05 years time period for upgrading/improving the Plants as per new guidelines/standards stipulated under the aforesaid Policy. Pleases refer the aforesaid, Uttrakhand Govt. Order dated 20/11/2018 regarding, Stone Crusher License Policy 2016.As per above facts CCA application forwarded with recommendation that CCA may be renewed up to 18/11/2021,subjected to Lab Report ,State Govt. License & with following specific Conditions. 01. Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view & subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of Honorable Judiciary & Union/State Govt.02. Unit has to obtain Consent/License from all other Concerned Authorities.03. Unit shall obtained CGWA approval for Ground Water Extraction if applicable.04.Unit shall submit Ambient Air Monitoring reports to this office at regular intervals.05. Unit shall provide all the prescribed APCS under State Govt. Policy. Inspection report is submitted for your kind perusal please. [
