Hotel has facility with 90 guest rooms, restaurant, banquet and conference hall, gym, spa. e t c. The total build-up area is approx. 6095 sq mtr as per document submitted. The water will be used in domestic, which will be treated through sewage treatment plant STP installed by the unit. As per uploaded proposal treated water will be 100% reused. Unit has one no of 500 and one no of 320 kva dg set with acoustic enclosure with proper stack. Unit will generate solid waste, one of them biodegradable which will disposed through auth agency and other non-biodegradable will disposed through auth recyclers. Total project cost of unit is 2414 lakh and deposited Rs 15000.00 for CTO fresh head up to 31.03.2022. Unit has obtained letter from MOEF vide letter no F no- 21-29/2018-IA-III dated 10/07/2018, which state that hotel unit project neither fall orange category under guideline and nor it is included as a project or activity as per EIA 2006, therefor unit is not required environment clearance while the notification issued by MOEF in 2007 which state, that all project in doon vally, which are notified by ministry in orange category required environment clearance, both statement are contradictory.
