In reference of consent to establish (CTE Expand) industry has been inspected on dated 20.09.2021. During the inspection construction work was found incomplete and Plant Machinery & Equipments not installed. Unit has proposed Expand quantity of Ethanol (60.0 KLPD) by the process of Farmentation and Ditilation. Unit has also proposed 45.0 TPD capacities X 02 no BMSW Dryer with Cyclone dust collector, wet scrubber & stack. Unit has got the EC for 60.0 KLPD Ethanol productions (Molasses Based Distillery plant from 60.0 KLDP TO 120.0 KLDP under EPB Programme). Unit is situated at Laksar, Dist.- Haridwar (Uttarakhand). As per project report/project cost (Expand Part) unit submitted the CTE Expand Fee Rs.- 75000/= in red  category (5.0 - 50.0 cr., 33.0 cr). As per above site observation unit may be given Consent to Establish (CTE Expand) with following conditions: - 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)-1986.
