M/S Bharat Vatika Housing Project Proposed site is located at 83 Old Bus stand Rishikesh reference of CTE application Unit visited by this office.  During inspection construction work going Unit proposed Housing Complex (91 flats), As per uploaded Map approved by Haridwar development Authority Total covered area of the housing project is 14932 square meters, copy of approved map uploaded by the unit. As per uploaded project report the cost of project the cost of project of the unit is RS 7684 Lakh and applied CTE fresh and fee deposited by the unit Rs 50000/00under green category. Unit proposed 02 Nos of DG set 250 KVA each with acoustic encloser. Unit has submitted proposal of sewage treatment of appropriate capacity. Unit obtained principal approval from single window clearance committee copy uploaded by the unit. Above circumstances inspection report forwarded for your kind consideration necessary action please.
