In reference of CCA-Fresh application unit has been visited. As per visit Observation & Document submitted, following Facts are submitted- Unit located in village-Karuli,Teh & District- Bageshwar is engaged in Soap Stone Mining by the opencast manual method without adopting drilling/blasting operation .At the time of inspection mining activity was not carried out. Unit has received state permission from state for soap stone mining vide letter no 2340 (1)/vii- A-1/21-01(04)/2020  dated Jan 2022, Same have been uploaded as PDF & Unit has obtained EC- vide letter no 304-01(165)/2021 Dated-11/11/2021  for maximum  production capacity of-24000 MT/Year .Copy of Government Order/Lease Deed was submitted. 03.unit has obtained CTE  vide letter no-Ukpcb/HO/NOC-7506/2021/1310 Dated 09.12.2021,and compliance of CTE Conditions. Unit has applied for CCA-Fresh for 2021-22 with  CCA-Fresh fee.As per online record,Total amount of of Rs.15000 /-has been submitted by the unit against the CCA Fee for the Year 2021-22,  under Investment Slab of Rs. 10 Lakh to 50 Lakh as per EC.Category- RED, Scale- Small. As per above facts it is recommended that CCA-Fresh up to 31.03.2022, may be granted to the unit with subjected to the decision of Hon’ble High court / Hon’ble NGT with the condition that unit will comply with EP act provisions for unit & condition of state permission. Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view & subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of Honorable Judiciary & Union/State Govt.CCA will valid under permission of state.01. Unit shall ensure adequate protection of Local drains before starting the work.02. Unit shall ensure environmentally sound disposal of Sewage generation during working season as per affidavit submitted.03.Unit shall ensure adequate arrangements for suppression of Dust Emission at Mine area/Material transfer & transportation points & submit the report at regular interval.04.Unit shall developed green belt nearby Van Panchayat as stipulated under EC or other available places such as transportation road/material transfer point & nearby community areas such as Educational/Religious/Health Care Facility places & submit the detail at regular interval.05..Unit shall ensure proper Demarcations /Display Board& reclamation as per mining plan & submit compliance report verified by competent authority.
