In reference of CCA-Fresh  application, following facts are submitted-

01. Unit has obtained CTE-Fresh for manufacturing of Paper as MG Kraft-11,500 MT/Year & MG White-11,500 MT/Year by Mechanical Pulping & Paper Machining process vide letter no,refer NOC-7338 dated 01/06/2020..

03. Required Plant & Machinery as Mechanical Pulper,Fiber Cleaning  Unit,MG machine,are installed.

04 Boiler having Steam Generation Capacity of 10 TPH has been installed with Dust Collector ,Wet Scrubber & Adequate Stack.

05.Effluent Treatment Plant comprising of Equalization Tank ,Hill Screen,SediCell,Primary Clairifier,Aeration Tank (Diffused Aeration),Secondary Clarifier, Pressure Sand Filter & Carbon Filter & RO Plant.

04. As per records, Total amount of Rs.85,000/-has been submitted by the unit against CCA-Fresh Fee for current Year  up to 31.03.2021 under Category-Red & Scale – Large .

As per above facts CCA application forwarded with recommendation that CCA may be issued   up to 31.03.2021, with following specific Conditions –

01.Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view & subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of  Honorable Judiciary, Honorable NGT  & Union/State Govt.

02. Unit has to obtain consent/License /approval  from  all other Concerned Authorities as applicable.

03. Unit shall obtained CGWA approval for Ground Water Extraction if applicable.

04. Unit shall ensure connectivity of OCEMS on final outlet of ETP.

06.Unit shall developed green belt within unit premises.
