In reference of CTE-Expansion application of M/s Parvatiya Vikas Udhyog Shala 232, Vill-Papri, Ramnagar, Nainital Uttarakhand. Inspection has been done. Unit obtains last CCA up to 31.03.2020. As per visit Observation & Document submitted following Facts are submitted - Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Plywood & Veneer as per Pervious CCA, Now unit is proposed for manufacturing of 01. Plywood - 3,50,000 Sq.Mtr/Month, 02.Veneer - 1456050 Sq.mtr/Month,  03.Block Board – 20MT/Month, 04.Flush Door - 15 MT/Month, 05.PF/UF/MF Resin – 250MT/Month(as per EC) using 1. Timber 2.Adhesive 3.Industrial Urea 4.Formaldehyde 5.Melamine 6.PVA 7.Borax as a raw material. MANUFACTURING PROCESS & flow chart is uploaded. Unit obtain EC vide letter No.131-5(12)/2019 Dt.14.02.2020. Latest Ambient Monitoring Report is submitted by unit, Lab parameters are conforming to standards. 10KLD STP for disposal of Domestic waste water, 05KLD ETP for industrial influent is proposed, DG Sets (250 + 125+25) Acoustic Enclosure & stacks are for Electricity Backup & 25 Lac KL/Hr Capacity TFH attached with Dust Suppression System & 30m. Stack is proposed as APCS. Now as per online record Total amount of Rs.50000 (35000+15000)/- has been submitted by the unit against CTE-Expansion. As per Investment poof submitted units project cost is 350Lakhs, Category-Red, Scale–small. Project Report, Land document, Compliance, Feasibility Study Report, Approved Map is uploaded by unit. As per above facts it is recommended that CTE-Expansion may be granted to the unit with following specific conditions- 01. Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view under the latest applicable License Policy of the State Government& subjected to Any Decision/Direction/Policy of Honorable Judiciary & Union/State Govt.02. Unit shall have to obtain Consent/License/Registration as applicable under the State Government & all other Concerned Authorities 03. Unit shall have to construct /established all the prescribed Pollution Control System such as Water Sprinkling Systems/ Green Belt & all the provisions proposed in the Feasibility Report & recommended in the applicable State Govt. Policy of the State Government & Environment (Protection) Act. 04. Unit shall not start Production without getting Consent to Operate & all necessary Permissions/Consents from the other concerned Authority.05. Unit shall obtained CGWA approval for Ground Water Extraction as applicable.06.In case of any public complaint received & verifies & any violation in the CTE conditions, CTE shall be revoked.07.Unit shall establish/arrange such arrangements to suppress or control the Fugitive/Dust emission of Transportation /Handling of Raw Material & Product.
