In the reference of CCA renewal for two years (Year 2020-21 & 2021-22) industry has been inspected by under signed on dated 11.12.2020. During the inspection unit was found in operation. Unit is situated at Khasra No.-251G & 251D, Village- Rajpur, Jaspur, Dist.- Udam Singh Nagar (Uttarakhand). Unit has got the CCA till 31.03.2020 by UKPCB. Manufacturing of Inverted Sugar through Mixing, Heating, Filter, Inversion, Cooling & Packing processes. Domestic effluent is disposed through septic tank with soak pit. Industrial effluent is treated through E.T.P. A sample was analysied by third party lab (Approved Lab) and found as per prescribed norms. 82.5 KVA Capacity D. G. set has been establishing in the unit with acoustic enclosures & stack and 8.0 TPH capacity Boiler has been establishing in the unit with dust collector & stack. Stack emission report analyzed by Apprved Lab, report as per norms. Hazardous waste is stored in drum in separate yard. This is disposed through TSDF. Unit has already paid surplus fee in UKPCB Rs. 30000/= (Ganga Xgn system) and unit has also submitted CCA renewal fee Rs.- 104000/= (OCMMS system). Unit is uder orange category (5.0 - 50.0 cr., 10.91 cr). As per above site observation CCA renewal for two years (Year 2020-21 & 2021-22) may be grant with following specific conditions: - 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)-1986. 2. Unit must establish and maintain safety facilities in the industry premises.
