O.-Swit, Tehsil Srinagar, and Dist. -Pauri Garhwal (Uttarakliand). Unit has got the CCA red category till 31-03-2021. Unit is a Hydro Power Project. Power House Produces Electricity (330.0 MW) by the process of Transfer of energy (Strategic energy change Electric energy). Power House used water in the process of power generation from Alaknanda River. Power House has 04 turbines (each capacity has 82.5 MW). Domestic effluent is generating which dispose through STP and disposing of treated effluent inside the industry premises (Gardening etc.). During inspection STP treated water from power site and STP treated from housing colony collected and send board laboratory for analysis. Unit has 1000.0 KVA X 02 Nos. & 500.0 KVA X 03 Nos. capacity D. G. sets have been establishing in the unit with acoustic enclosures & proper stack. Unit submitted the CCA renewal Fee Rs.420000. /= (1000.0-5000.0 Crore,) (Year 2021-22) in red category. unit was collected of hazardous waste in M S containers (only used oil for D G Set. Category, 5.1, used oil) and storage in safe area. Hence CTO may be grant (Year 2021-22) subject to sample result with following specific conditions: Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act-1986. Unit must establish and maintain safety facilities in the Power House premises, and no public complaint regarding air, noise and water pollution in this office otherwise CCA revoked, Inspection report forwarded for your kind consideration please.
