M/s Shuklambra Paper P. Ltd. established at Khasra No.- 13/2 Min, Village - Mundia Ani, Tehsil - Bazpur, Distt. - U.S. Nagar, for manufacturing Craft paper by using alum, resin, waste paper as a raw material. Unit has got the CCA till 31.03.2021 by UKPCB. Unit has apply CCA renewal for five years (Year 2021-22 to 2025-26), Net assets shown 1.0 - 5.0 cr and deposited Rs. 180000.0/= as CCA renewal fee. Water is used in domestic and process purpose, domestc waste water is disposed through septic tank soak pits. The mill uses ZLD system by reusig the back water back in to the process (copy of said ZLD report has been prepared by CPPRI uploaded). The mill use excess back water from paper machine and pulp mill will be collected into storage tank having capacity 500 kld X 02 nos., fiber recovery through sedicell cap 100 kld will be reused on paper machine. Unit has estalished 12TPH/hr capacity wood fired/multi fuel boiler APCs as multicyclone dust collocter, wet scrubber with 30 mtr stack. Stack Monitoring Report of unit analyzed by Apprved Lab; report is within norms. As per above site observation unit may be grant for CCA renewal for five years (Year 2021-22 to 2025-26) with following specific conditions: - 1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is the mentioned in the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)-1986. |
