In Reference of CCA- Fresh Application of the unit, Inspection has been done. As per visit Observation & Document submitted, following facts are submitted:-01.Unit is engaged in Hospitality Business as lodging as rooms-12 Numbers & 01 Restaurant Situated at Nagar Palika Chowk, Simalgair Bazar,Pithoragarh, Distt-Pithoragarh.02.Domestic Waste water is disposed through Sewer Line Provided by Uttrakhand Pey Jal Nigam Pithoragarh as per doc. Submitted Unit has not obtained CTE/CCA. Now unit has applied for the CCA- fresh for the year 2020-2021. 03. Total amount of Rs.2000/- has been submitted by the unit against CCA- Fresh up to 31.03.2021.04.As per investment proof submitted unit is fall under Project Cost of Rs50 Lakh to 01Crore, Category – Green, Scale- Small. As per above facts it is recommended that Conditional CCA-Fresh, only up to 31.03.2021 may be granted to the unit with the following conditions-(a) Unit shall strictly comply with Effluent Standard stipulated for the Hotel Industry under the Environment (Protection) rules, 1986 as amended.(b)Consent & Authorization is only on Environmental point of view with specific & general condition stipulated. Unit shall take all the license & Clearances from concerned Administration /Local Administration as applicable. (c)In case of any public complaint verifies and any violation in the CCA violation in the CCA conditions, CCA shall be revoked.(d)Unit shall ensure appropriate treatment/disposal of waste water generated from Bathroom/Kitchen Containing Soap/Detergent & other chemical.(e)Solid waste generated in the unit, shall be disposed through environmentally sound manner.
