M/S Rahhee Infratech Ltd (Ready Mix Plant) proposed site is located village Lachmoli Kirtinagar Tehrigarhwal. In reference of CTE fresh application scrutinized by this office. Unit proposed the production of ready mix for the processing of mixing and used raw materials different size of grits cement and water etc. Water will be used only domestic purpose which is disposed through septic tank and soak pit.  As per project report cost of project is Rs 30, lac. Unit has submitted fee RS 2000/-for CTE Fresh head. Unit has to obtain principal approval from single window clearance committee copy uploaded by the unit and unit also obtain govt permission from distract magistrate Tehri garhwal vide letter no 513/30-150(2019-20) dated 29 June-2020.  Hence unit may be given CTE fresh with following conditions.

1. Unit should be compliance the all conditions which is mentioned in the EPA 1986

2. Unit has to take permission from other concerning department before starting the production.

3. NO complaints regarding Air, Water, and noise Pollution should reach this office otherwise consent to establish shall be revoked,
