In reference of CCA-Renewal application of the M/S Trident Chemicals, Inspection has been done. As per visit Observation & Document submitted, following Facts are submitted –

01.   Unit is engaged in manufacturing of Fortified Rosin 1000MT/A, Neutral sizer- 300MT/A, Ester Gum/ Ester Rosin Glycerol ±300 MT/A, Maleic Penta/Maleic Glycerol - 300MT/Annum (As per Environment Clearance received by the unit under EIA Notification 2006 By Lt. No. 40-5(06)/2019 Dated 09.07.2019) by using the Raw Material Caustic Flakes, Caustic Potash, Glycerine , Maleic Anhydride, NaOH, Penta, rosin, Sodium Chloride, Water at. vill-Toli, Panuanaula, Distt-Almora. Land possession/Land Use/SSI registration was submitted by the unit.

02.  Unit obtains CCA-Fresh up to 31.03.21.

03.  Unit not in operation at the time of inspection.

04.   As APCS, Dust Separation System followed by Stack installed with wood fired chullah. Unit submits third party Lab Analysis report has been also uploaded by the unit. Reports are as per board norms.

05.  Only domestic effluent is generated in the unit & Septic tank/Soak pit is provided for treatment/ disposal for such effluent,

06.  DG Sets (30KVA) Acoustic Enclosure & stacks are for Electricity Backup. (Unit also submit an letter for correction of DG Set Capacity )

07.  Total amount of Rs.55000/-has been submitted by the unit against CCA-Renewal Fee up to 31.03.2026.

08.  As per Investment poof submitted unit is fall under Investment Slab of Rs. Rs. 10Lakh to 50Lakh. Category - Red, Scale-small.

09.   Unit also submit copy of EC & Last CCA, Compliance of EC & CCA-Fresh, Lab reports, Land document, Form-04 and Form-V

As per above facts it is recommended that CCA-Renewal only up to 31.03.2026 may be granted. With following specific conditions-

01.                            Consent & Authorization is only on Environmental point of view with specific & general condition stipulated.

02.                            Unit shall take all the license & Clearances from concerned Authorities as applicable.

03.                            In case of any public complaint verifies and any violation in the CCA conditions, CCA shall be revoked.

04.                            Unit shall submit Compliance of CCA and EC with Stack Monitoring/Ambient Air Monitoring Report within 3 month.

05.                            Solid waste generated in the unit, shall be disposed through environmentally sound manner.
