M/s Dixon Technologies India Ltd established at plot no 262 M industrial area central hope town selaqui Dehradun. In reference of CTE expansion application unit inspected by this office; unit is engaged in the production of Fabricated Structural Product of Sheet Metal 100000.00(One lakh) , Semi Finished Product of Plastic, 150000.00 (1.5, Lakh)  and washer and washing machine by the moulding, light machining and assembling process only. The water is used in domestic and cooling only; domestic effluent is disposed through Sewage treatment plant, while cooling water is recycled through cooling tower. Unit has obtained consent to operate up to march 2023 above product. Unit applied CTE expansion for 60,000 washing machine and   project cost of expansion part  is Rs 5000000/00 ( Rs fifty lakh)and deposited Rs 15000.00 in CTE expansion head under orange category unit has installed 750x 02 & 365 kvad.g.set unit obtain Environment clearance vide letter no 50-9(28) 2019 dated 9.10.2019 for expansion of DG set 750 KVA x2 and 365, KVAx1 and manpower has been increased and unit has installed Sewage treatment plant of 20, KLD for the treatment domestic waste water which is mentioned in last CCA.  Proposed expansion covered under green category but in environment clarence mentioned that unit no further expansion or modification in the plan shall be carried out without the prior approval of the competent authority.  Hence inspection report forwarded after necessary decision from head office level either EC required to the unit or not.    Inspection report forwarded for your kind consideration and necessary action please.
