In reference of CTE-Fresh, application, following Facts is submitted –

01. Unit has applied for CTE-Fresh for manufacturing of Herbal medicine as listed under product profile  by Formulation process using different Active Gradient & Excipients at Plot No.-23;Sector-3A,IIE-SIDCUL Distt.-Haridwar.

02. Land Possession /Use documents is submitted

03. Treatment & Disposal of domestic & process effluent is proposed to dispose through CETP Haridwar.

04.Unit has been submitted Total amount of Rs. 25,000/-    by the unit under small–Scale (Rs.01 Crore  –Rs.05 Crore  ) Category-Green.

As per above facts it is recommended that CTE-Fresh for the proposed location may be granted to the unit subjected to the submitted documents  with following specific Conditions ±01. Consent is only issued as Environment Point of view only for applied category & products.
