In connection of CCA-Application.unit is Hydro ecectric project Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited, Ramganga Power Station, Kalagarh, District - Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand  POWER HOUSE-198MWH . water is used in domestic process  effluent is disposed through STP. As per official order   dated 21.11.2020 fee is exempted for FY 2020-2021hydro electric projected run by  uttarakhand  jal vidyut nigam limited  . As per above facts it is recommended that Air/Water consent& Hazardous waste authorization up to 31.3.21 may be Granted
